Not Legal Advice

No Criminal Record provides evidence gathering and document processing services only. Nothing on this website constitutes legal advice, legal opinion, or creates a solicitor-client relationship. If you require legal advice, please consult a lawyer or paralegal licensed to practise in your province.

1. Nature of Services

No Criminal Record ("we," "us," or "our") provides evidence gathering and document processing services in connection with background check applications, pardon applications, record suspension applications, and US Entry Waiver (I-192) applications.

Our services are strictly limited to:

  • Gathering and organizing documents required for applications
  • Completing and processing application forms on your behalf
  • Submitting applications to the appropriate government authority
  • Providing status updates on submitted applications

2. No Legal Advice

We are not a law firm. No Criminal Record does not employ lawyers or paralegals in connection with the services described on this website. Nothing on this website, in our communications with you, or in any documents we prepare constitutes:

  • Legal advice
  • Legal representation
  • A legal opinion
  • A solicitor-client relationship

If you require legal advice regarding your criminal record, eligibility for a pardon or record suspension, admissibility to the United States, or any other legal matter, you must consult with a lawyer or paralegal duly licensed in your province or territory.

3. Eligibility & Outcomes

We do not guarantee the success of any application. Eligibility for record suspensions, pardons, and US entry waivers is determined solely by the relevant government authority (Parole Board of Canada, RCMP, US Customs and Border Protection). Our services improve the completeness and accuracy of your application but cannot guarantee approval.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all personal and case information you provide with strict confidentiality. We will not share your information with third parties except as required to process your application (e.g., submitting to the Parole Board of Canada) or as required by law.

5. Website Information

The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional legal advice and may not reflect the most current changes in law or government policy. We make reasonable efforts to keep information current but do not warrant its accuracy or completeness.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, No Criminal Record shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from your use of this website or our services, including but not limited to the refusal of a pardon, record suspension, or US entry waiver application.
